Six West Medical Center Details

Location: Waco, TX

Working as a sub-consultant to Winton Engineering, Inc. (formerly Cross Winton Associates), this project was an adaptive reuse of a former retail facility. The New Class A medical office tenant finish-out design included spaces of various types and sizes within the existing shell building. The tenant spaces included: new construction of a Center for Women’s Health; new construction of a pediatrician’s tenant space finish-out; a urology office finish-out; two separate pathology laboratories; and a 17,000 sq.ft. surgery center.
